Hospitality Action were the beneficiaries of this fundraising event organised by a group of trainee managers for Compass Group.

Mandy, Kevin, Wilson, Lauren and Maria are all undergoing management training at the Compass Academy who set the challenge for all groups to raise money for this worth cause. The intimate supper for 40 was held at The Castle Club, one of the most exclusive venues in the capital city. Patrons indulged in a 4 course meal before enjoying the evenings entertainment which came in the form poetry recitals ‘Tae A Moose’ and a captivating performance of ‘Tam O’Shanter’, Highland dancing and songs accompanied by guitar.

The night raised just under £3000 for Hospitality Action, the Hospitality Industry Benevolent Organisation. For over 170 years they have offered vital assistance to all who work, or have worked within hospitality in the UK and who find themselves in crisis.

AVL Scotland provided LED uplighting for the dining area, LED mood lighting for the bar area and a PA system across both rooms for vocal support and amplification of the acoustic guitar as well as background music throughout the evening.
